Gas, water and electricity are not included in the accommodation price. We charge these costs retrospectively on a monthly basis, based on your consumption, so that you only pay for what you have actually used.
A tourist tax (€2 per person per night) applies if you are not registered as a resident of the municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân. We will always let you know in advance if this applies to you.
Yes, you can also stay in our more luxurious flats (which include a dishwasher and more modern furnishings) for a minimum of one month, subject to availability.
Our prices start from:
- Double → from € 220 per week
- Double bed + bunk bed (max. 4 people) → from € 240 per week
- Sleeps 4 → from € 280 per week
- Sleeps 4 + bunk bed (max. 6 people) → from € 280 per week
- Sleeps 6 → from €300 per week
For luxury flats:
- 2-person / 4-person → from €300 per week
- 6-person luxury → from €360 per week
At the end of each month, you’ll receive a statement showing your actual consumption (gas, water, electricity). We calculate this transparently and on a one-to-one basis, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
